With their absolutely brilliant new single "Under Your Spell", the guys from Cosmic Gate prove their true versatility in the world of trance. Their own album version features the smooth vocals of the lovely Aruna and together with the under cooled production, the non-four to the floor drum programming and low bpm, "Under Your Spell" completely gets under your skin. The scarce instrumentation creates a build-up of tension within the track that really makes it an emotional and heart wrenching song, perfect for the radio or the living room. For the DJs, the remix assignments went to Duderstadt and Myon & Shane 54. The Duderstadt version is based on the blueprint of the original and took the bpm a few notches up, turning the whole track into a beautiful, up tempo In Search Of Sunrise style track. Myon & Shane 54 took their chances and gave "Under Your Spell" a complete makeover with hard beats, sweeping strings, synth stabs and an incredible break.
